Membership Agreement
TX Poker Online operates exclusively as a private, members-only poker club. Access to all games, tournaments, and platform features is restricted to approved Members. Membership is a privilege and may be granted, suspended, or revoked at the Club’s sole discretion.
Private Membership Club
TX Poker Online is not open to the public. All gameplay and platform access is limited to individuals who have applied for and been accepted as Members.
Eligibility
By applying for membership, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, that your application is voluntary, and that gameplay occurs on your personal device in a private location within the State of Texas.
Acceptance of Club Policies
By becoming a Member, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by all TX Poker Online policies, including but not limited to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Official Rules, and AML/KYC Policies, all of which are incorporated by reference.
Membership Requirements
Members must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, maintain current contact details, complete required identity verification, and comply with all platform rules and lawful Club operations.
Private Play & Non-Public Access
All poker activity is conducted solely between Members. The general public cannot view or participate in games, tournaments, or tables.
No Public Gambling; Social Poker Environment
TX Poker Online does not operate as a casino or gambling house. Games are played only among consenting Members, in a private environment, and the Club does not receive any portion of the pot.
Responsible Behavior
Members agree to conduct themselves respectfully, follow all game rules and staff instructions, and refrain from collusion, cheating, or prohibited conduct.
Termination of Membership
TX Poker Online may suspend or terminate membership for rule violations, failure to complete verification, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or providing false information.
Limitation of Liability
TX Poker Online is not liable for losses incurred through gameplay, unauthorized account use, technical issues, outages, or the actions of other Members.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By applying for or maintaining membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Membership Agreement and all related Club policies. You acknowledge that TX Poker Online is a private poker club and not open to the public.
