TX Poker LLC (“TX Poker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to providing a secure, fair, and respectful digital poker environment for all players. By creating an account or using any part of the TX Poker Online platform, you agree to these Official Rules, Community Guidelines, and Terms of Service (“Rules”).
1. Respectful Conduct
- Fair Play: Cheating, collusion, soft play, ghosting, real-time assistance tools, or using unauthorized software is strictly prohibited.
- No Harassment: Abusive, hateful, threatening, or discriminatory behavior is not tolerated.
- Language: Keep chat and usernames free from slurs, vulgar content, or targeted harassment.
- Impersonation: Do not impersonate staff, admins, or other players.
2. Game Integrity
- One Account Per Player: Each person is allowed only one TX Poker account. Account sharing and duplicate accounts are prohibited.
- Verification: Players may be required to complete identity verification. Failure or refusal may result in restrictions or closure.
- Anti-Cheating Systems: We use technical tools, monitoring, and manual review to detect suspicious play.
- Bug Exploitation: Exploiting glitches or system errors for advantage is forbidden. Report issues to info@txpokeronline.com.
- Fraud & Scams: Chip dumping, chargeback abuse, or deceptive financial dealings may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent bans.
3. Chat & Community Etiquette
- Keep chat relevant to the game and respectful.
- No spamming, advertising, or self-promotion without prior written approval from TX Poker.
- Do not reveal private information (yours or others’).
- Do not discuss live hands or share hole cards while a hand is still in progress.
4. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately at info@txpokeronline.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Responsible Gaming
- Players must be 18+ to use the Service.
- If you believe you have a gambling problem, contact Gamblers Anonymous at (817) 371-0624 or seek local support resources.
6. Enforcement Actions
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, TX Poker may take one or more of the following actions:
- Warning notices;
- Temporary chat or feature restrictions;
- Temporary suspensions from the platform;
- Permanent account bans;
- Forfeiture of balances or winnings obtained in violation of these Rules;
- Reporting serious misconduct to relevant authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. TX Poker LLC is not liable for service interruptions, technical issues, loss of data, or damages arising from use or inability to use the platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to These Rules
We may update these Rules periodically. The latest version will be posted on this page. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
